My name is Doris Anne Beaulieu. I have a website-Life’s Ultimate Test dot com-on which you can learn more about my mission to change the face of home schooling.
I attended a parochial school as a child in the 1950's. In this Catholic school I was sheltered from the realities of the world around me-from swearing, from public displays of affection, from slang. These are often some of the same things that modern home schooling parents aim to protect their children from. A superior court judge said”…

I guess people are in our lives, but then they are not. We live while we can, and we love while we can.
Normal is not a word that applies to my life now a days. As I become more and more trustworthy, I also become more particular in who I trust. Trust...as it slips away with some, the lose becomes almost unbareable. Trust...as it builds with others, the gain is healing and inviting. When trust is lost, we question the ability to hang on and not crumble. It is not in me to give up on HOPE but hur…

So, I have been driving around down in the Roosevelt Row section downtown and am writing this post from a hip little bistro called "Carley's" located at 128 E. Roosevelt and it's 11:00 pm on a Friday night and I really am digging the vibe and energy going on down here. I'm about 2 blocks N. of McKinley and just spent the past 2 hours or so driving around with the top down and jotting down addresses and phone numbers of potential locations that are either vacant/boarded or with for lease signs on…

I am currently in the process of assembling an interim board of directors to facilitate the formation of the Nonprofit Articles of Incorporation pursuant to A.R.S. 10-3202 and 501(c)(3), prepare an initial funding budget and obtain said funding through a combination of private and public funding sources, draft a mission statement, conduct site location surveys and secure a suitable location and generally get the ball rolling here!
No strict requirements; however, I would prefer that we get indi…

During my 7 week stay at The Sundance Center I really loved Dr. Paula's expressive art therapy classes. So much so that I decided to start this project. If drawing two circles and a line on a blank piece of paper can ignite the creativity within this old, beatup & street worn addict then think of what a project such as this can do for other addicts out there!!
As per my usual style, I've kinda got the cart before the proverbial horse and current funding for this undertaking is limited to th…
